The Keytracker
 
The Keytracker is an inventory/stocktaking data collection unit, specifically developed for financial (dollar-value) inventories.
It was designed by a team of inventory service professionals. A team with over twenty years experience at four inventory auditing services.
Our design goals were very strict: create a powerful, easy to use inventory machine. There was one more important requirement; It had to be affordable.

It Remembers Everything:
The Keytracker will store every price and every quantity you enter for the entire inventory. It has an impressive 512 KB of data memory. That's enough memory to save 40,000 complete entries including price, quantity, section, category and entry totals.

With clearly marked keys and a 4 line X 20 character alpha-numeric display, learning the Keytrackers’ extensive features is quick and easy.

The Keytracker stores your inventory data in up to 10,000 separate sections and up to 10,000 separate categories. You can, at any time, find any entry recorded during your inventory.

Detailed records and numerous search options make finding your data a breeze. With the Keytrackers’ power, you can determine the price of a single can from the 6-pack price or determine cost as a percentage of retail.

Keep Informed: The Keytracker was designed to be used by-touch for maximum data entry speed. Multiple audible warnings will keep you informed of the Keytrackers' operations.

Your Data is Safe:
Your data remains safe and secure even if the Keytracker is turned off.
When batteries need replacement, your data will be completely safe for hours with the batteries removed.

Software Included:
The Keytrackers' operational software is loaded on an EPROM and never needs reloading. You will also receive (one per customer) Financial Inventory Data Processing, a powerful but extremely easy to use inventory report creation software package. For more info, click here.
