In most cases, your I-Cal or DataComputer will be repaired within a few days and then
shipped back to you via FedEx Ground.

Inventory Science Systems can now replace the backup lithium battery on the NDI/AST DC 2.5

1. Include a check or credit card information (number, expiration date and 3-4 digit code on the back of the card, if any)
for $ 150.00 per DC 2.5. For outside the U.S. contact ISS for a rate.

2. The machine must still be operational, if the program won't run, it must be sent to AST for repair.

3. Ship it with fresh AA batteries installed to:

5. It will be return shipped via FedEx ground service.
