Inventory Computers manufactured by Inventory Science Systems
Warranty Repairs are performed at no charge.
Non-Warranty Repairs are based upon Parts and Labor. Most Keytracker repairs cost about $ 75.00; ScanShark Repairs $ 125.00; ScanDevil repairs $ 150.00. Most Raptor Repairs cost about $ 250.00

Keyswitch (Key) repair/replacement is charged the rate of $ 75.00 USD per machine (not per Keyswitch) up to 2 broken keys per machine will be replaced. Add $ 15.00 per additional Keyswitch.

Key Repair Procedures

1. Include check or money order for $ 75.00 USD per machine or $ 125.00 Canadian Dollars. Price includes return shipping. If outside the U.S.A. or Canada, email for quote by clicking here.

2. Include original Key-Cap(s), if available. If the cap(s) are not included, a substitution will be made.

3. Indicate your return address. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

In most cases, your I-Cal or DataComputer will be repaired within a few days and then shipped back to you via UPS-Ground/UPS-Standard.
Other repairs may be available. Call prior to sending in these machines to verify feasibility of the repair (because of availability of parts, etc.)
